Users of Adobe CS2 have reported problems installing the creative application suite on Intel-based Macs, and it seems QuickTime is to blame.

A report on Macworld US informs that a recent QuickTime update is the culprit. An Adobe spokesman admitted that the issue has affected some customers.

"We are working closely with Apple on these issues, and have determined that they occur after installing QuickTime 7.1. Both companies plan to post additional information on this issue shortly," the spokesman said.
