Adobe will announce its mid-year financial update in a conference-call and Webcast.

The Webcast, scheduled to take place on April 30, will be broadcast on Adobe’s Investor Relations page, and is expected to last about 90 minutes. A recording will be archived on Adobe’s Web site for about thirty days.

RealPlayer or Windows Media Player are required to connect live to the Webcast.

Adobe reported more than a 50 per cent drop in income for its fourth-quarter 2001 results. At the time, the company cited weak demand as the cause, which mirrored worldwide budget cuts.

Adobe’s shares at the close of business on Friday were valued at $38.01on the Nasdaq.
