Apple may face legal action over the design of the G4 Cube after Cobalt Networks’ CEO Stephen DeWitt said he is "thinking" of suing Apple over trademark infringement.

Colbalt has been making a similar looking machine, called the Qube, for two years, according to ZDNet. The pressure being threatened by Cobalt is very similar to that applied by Apple to PC makers who created computers inspired by the iMac’s award-winning style, according to industry observers.

Apple’s G4 Cube was introduced at Macworld Expo, New York, in mid-June.
