Apple disappointed European Mac users this morning with news that there will be no keynote speech delivered to open the event.

Apple did claim that members of its executive team will be at the show.

"While this year's apple expo will not feature a formal keynote presentation, members of Apple's executive team will be hosting a Q&A session for members of the media on the opening day and will be at Apple Expo throughout the week," Apple spokesperson, Bill Evans, told MacCentral.

"Yes, Steve Jobs will be at Apple Expo with other members of Apple's executive team," said Evans.

All mentions of the Keynote were removed from the Apple Expo Web site over the weekend.

Apple Expo Paris begins on Tuesday, September 20.
