Apple is the 14th busiest website in the US, according to this month's data from ComScore Media Metrix.
The research group tracks online activity to deliver a monthly report of consumer surfer habits. Apple has been a consistent front-running website for years, but now finally that attention is transforming into sales.
Apple's website attracted 31,873,000 unique US visitors in September, putting the company's website just behind the Weather Channel and ahead of CNet Networks. Yahoo, TIme Warner, Microsoft, Google and eBay took the first five places in the list respectively.
The analysis for September also reveals renewed interest among US consumers in news, TV, sports and gambling websites.
