Apple and Pepsi are again teaming up to advertise their second Pepsi iTunes promotion at the Super Bowl.

Following last year's Super Bowl slot Apple saw a 593 per cent increase in visitors to the iTunes site.

A number of popular tracks from a series of music genres will feature in the advert which is designed to illustrate how winning a free song from the Pepsi iTunes promotion is as easy as opening a bottle of Pepsi.

There will be two Pepsi iTunes slots, one will be 45 seconds, the other 30 seconds. The 30-second version is still in development.

It is possible to view the advert at MacNN.

The Pepsi iTunes promotion will run in the US until April 11. Pepsi is offering 200 million free songs from the iTunes Music Store – twice as many as last year's promotion. According to Pepsi, odds of winning a free song from the iTunes Music Store are 1 in 3.
