Apple has posted a fresh selection of stories from real-life Windows to Mac switchers.

The tales include that of a filmmaker who sleeps with his Mac so he can jot down ideas at night, a user whose Dell laptop melted and a father who made a slideshow of his son.

One switcher begins: "You know what's nice about the Mac? How scared Windows guys get when you do something that would send their system down the tube."

Another story comes from a fifteen-year IT professional who works for Novell, who remarks: "It's nice to be able to connect to anybody's wireless or wired network and not have to do anything. It just works." He now recommends friends and family buy a Mac as it "means I'll be spending little or no time supporting them".

All the new stories are available from Apple's Web site.
