Apple has published a new TV ad for the iPod nano, this time without its almost-trademark silhouette.

You can watch the ad using QuickTime, it's also available for download to an iPod, if you want.

The spot features album and single covers piling up to create a city of music. The city collapses into a vortex of music covers that fall into an iPod nano. The ad ends, triumphantly: "1,000 songs in your pocket. iPod + iTunes".
