Apple's contractual renegotiations with several of its US resellers are reaching a successful conclusion, according to MacCentral.

Dell, Fry's Electronics and Micro Center are reported to have reached accord with Apple on this matter. This follows reports last week that Dell had ceased to stock Apple's iPod as of April 1, when its existing contract ended.

Several of Apple's resellers complained about a clause that gave Apple the right to inspect a reseller's business records, even after that dealer had stopped selling Apple products. Dell now plans to restock Apple's iPods, the report claims.
