Apple has issued updates for its iWork applications – Keynote and Pages.

Keynote 2.0.1 is a 21.8MB download that addresses isolated issues that may have affected reliability for some customers, Apple said. Pages 1.0.1 (a 28.3MB download) fixes isolated issues that may have affected reliability and also resolves an issue related to deleting complete pages.

iWork 05 offers Pages, a stylish new word processor, and also Keynote 2, Apple’s presentation software.

Launching the package, Apple CEO Steve Jobs told the keynote audience: "With iWork 05, we’re building the successor to AppleWorks. AppleWorks was built before Mac OS X so it doesn't take advantage of Mac OS X, or iLife. iWork is built from the ground up to take full advantage of the features in Mac OS X and iLife.

The updates are available using the Software Update feature of Mac OS X.
