Apple has released a fresh round of security software updates for Intel and PowerPC-based Macs running Mac OS X 10.4.6 and 10.3.9.
Recommended for all users, the updates are available for both client and server systems, with the largest update being for Mac OS X 10.3.9 Server (41.6MB). The updates are available through software update or for direct download from Apple's website.
However, since the updates shipped some users have reported some problems when they are installed, according to MacNN.
The latest updates address numerous elements of the OS, including CoreGraphics, Finder, Mail, Safari and Preview security patches.
Links to the relevant system update for your particular OS and Mac are available from Apple's downloads website.
Apple last night also introduced updates for Front Row and QuickTime.
