The Guardian this morning reveals that top singles artist Daniel Bedingfield is an iPod fan.
Apple's iPod digital-music player continues to attract converts among the musicians who drive the music business.
Referring to a backstage meeting with Bedigfield – currently engaged in a successful US tour – the Guardian reporter writes: "We meet briefly after the show. He is fiddling ecstatically with his Apple iPod. "Have you got one? It's incredible." He shows me all the records he has transferred on to it. "Seven thousand five hundred tracks, it takes."
"Yeah," says his manager, "and he hasn't paid for a single one." The embarrassed pop star denies his manager's accusation.
