Creative CEO Sim Wong Hoo is rattling his anti-iPod sabre once again as he tries to drum up interest in his company's latest music gadget.
Speaking to the BBC, he said he plans to "pursue aggressively" a US patent his company owns on a navigation system for music players.
Creative calls the patent (US Patent 6,928,433) the "Zen Patent".
The company first warned that it may take legal action against Apple in August this year, when it won the patent: "The Zen Patent was awarded to Creative for its invention of the user interface for portable media players, including many of the Creative Zen and Nomad Jukebox MP3 players", the company said.
Creative's CEO was in London to launch the Zen Vision: M.
"We will pursue all manufacturers that use the same navigation system," he warned.
