Apple's developer community has already begun work on extending the capabilities of the company's newly-introduced Safari browser.

Waterfall Software has released SafariMasks 1.0. This edits Safari's navigation buttons to suit the user.

SafariMasks lets users install new themes from Waterfall's list. Once this is installed, Safari users can then fully exploit Apple's turbo-charged browser through the modified interface.

The $10 shareware solution is only compatible with Mac OS X. A free trial download is available.
