Epson will ship a new projector, the EMP-9100, at the end of February.

The SXGA projector offers 2,400 ANSI lumens has a low noise-level of 42 decibels and weighs only 8.3kg. It supports all levels of video formats and offers two computer-inputs, of which one can be digital. The second input can also be used as a component-video input – allowing input to be either composite, s-video or component.

The model's zoom ratio and contrast have been improved, and the EMP-9100 also includes a high-aperture LCD panel to increase light output. A wide-zoom lens is also available as optional extras.

The projector will be in store by the end of February. UK pricing is currently unavailable.
