Europe and Microsoft continue to negotiate in an attempt to find a mutually agreeable settlement to Europe's antitrust case against the company, officials said yesterday.

Europe's regulators have set March 15 and 22 as dates for the final review of the case in Brussels. There, representatives of antitrust offices in 15 EU countries will "comment on the decision and proposed remedies", said Information Week.

Sources familiar with the case say Europe has decided Microsoft did abuse its dominant position with WIndows to grow its share of the multimedia and server markets here.
