Dutch start-up company, R Green Blue software is shipping its first software application, FileBrowse.

The software is a file and media browser for Mac OS X that supplies new ways to navigate content that the Finder doesn't offer, such as supplying thumbnails for webpages and other content - it even lets Folder icons show miniature icons and thumbnails of what they contain.

The visual support makes it easy to find stuff on your Mac. The company promises 3D icons and thumbnails with soft drop shadows.

The application also groups and sorts your Mac's assets by kind, date, colour label, artist, album, camera, and many other attributes. Groups can be easily 'collapsed' or stacked and in many cases can replace folders.

FileBrowse 1.0 costs $25 and is available as a fully functional 30-day trial download.
