Apple's Final Cut Express has been released as a tool for the business market, according to the Seattle Times.

The newspaper is carrying an interview with Apple's Final Cut Express product manager, Susan Marshall.

She says: "This is not a consumer product. It's very robust and includes everything that a small-business owner would need to put video on the Web.

"It will help businesses to communicate more effectively and increase their sales through the use of video."

"Using Final Cut Express gives people a competitive advantage," said Marshall. "The sooner they learn how to use the program, the more effective they will be."
