"Multimedia Live not only has great products, they've built a really solid business with no major outside funding until last year," said Nelson. "I look forward to working with the management team to make Multimedia Live an industry leader."

"I am honoured to have Betsey and Toby on our board," said Multimedia Live Founder, president and CEO Ken Burke. "This is a major strategic step for the company, and signals a new and important phase in our growth. We have a clear vision of the direction we want to take our MarketLive product, and top-notch leadership like this will help us get it there."
