Apple announced yesterday that it has won injunctions against Daewoo Telecom and eMachines, preventing them from producing iMac copies.

The company obtained injunctions against Daewoo and eMachines from a US Federal Court in San Jose, California. The injunctions stop the companies from manufacturing, distributing, selling or promoting Daewoo's E-Power and eMachines eOne computers.

Apple filed the Daewoo lawsuit in July of last year,
and the eMachines lawsuit in August of last year.

In January, Apple reached a settlement in its infringement lawsuit with Sotec, which barred the Yokohama, Japan-based company from manufacturing, selling or exporting the eOne personal computer, which Apple contended looked like the iMac.
