Independent software developer Trygve Inda is celebrating twelve years of Mac development.

Inda released the first version of Time Palette twelve years ago today, and to celebrate the anniversary the developer is offering a copy of the application for just $12 – but only for one day and only through the company store.

"As long as it is May 12th somewhere on Earth, the special offer is valid for everyone worldwide," Inda explains.

"It does not have to be the 12th where you are as long as it is the 12th somewhere on our planet. The special begins when the first piece of land in the Western Pacific crosses into May 12th, and ends when the last piece of land in the Eastern Pacific leaves the 12th some 48 hours later," he adds.

The company is also offering Time Palette together with its EarthDesk application for just $29.95 for the day (usual price $44.95).
