Iomega is to distribute the portable USB Clik! Mini-drive. The drive, which is expected to cost £135 is only slightly bigger than a Clik! Disc, and as a USB device needs no power cables.

The drive will ship in the UK later this summer, and was originally developed by Microdia, who manufactures data storage, flash memory and mobile solutions for computers.

The product comes with one 40MB Clik! Disk, a leather carrying case and Iomegaware CD-Rom. The Clik! Mini-drive is intended for use with USB Power Macs, iMacs, iBooks and PowerBooks, and requires Mac OS 8.5 and above.
