Stick Software has announced a Universal update for its freeware software that overrides your Mac's Sleep system.

The software is designed to help users who are engaged in a lengthy task with their Mac, such as burning a DVD. It prevents the Mac entering Sleep mode after a certain time without a user moving its mouse.

Jiggler 1.3 means users don't need to open System Preferences to change the Sleep time and screensaver delay, only to have to change them back again at the end.

This release also adds the ability to jiggle when iTunes is playing, to keep your music from being interrupted.
