Lexmark has introduced its X85 All-In-One Imaging Centre.

The black and silver X85 offers a 4,800-x-1,200dpi output resolution on photo paper, and integrates scan and copy technologies. Its black-and-white resolution is 2,400-x-1,200dpi in black and colour on all paper types at speeds of up to 12ppm in black and 6 ppm in colour. It supports Mac and WIndows machines.

The £129 unit's 48-bit scanner capacity offers 600-x-1,200dpi resolution. For extra utility, the flatbed scanner's lid is removable for scanning bulky objects. As a copier, the unit reaches speeds of up to ten copies per minute in black-and-white and up to three per minute in colour. It can deliver up to 99 copies from one original with a zoom range of 25-400 per cent. It supports duplex and booklet printing, and can clone up to 16 images onto one sheet of A4.
