Steve Jobs' keynote speech at Macworld Expo New York will be broadcast live at a MacAssist event in Birmingham next week.

The Apple CEO's speech will be broadcast at an all-day show hosted by the Mac consultancy company. The event will be held at the Orange Studio, Cannon Street, Birmingham,
B2 5EP on July 18 from 10am.

Apple's multimedia-streaming software QuickTime will stream the speech over a 2Mbps Internet connection on two large screens. Tickets to watch Steve Jobs' speech at the MacAssist event cost £10.
