Analysts at Merrill Lynch have raised projections on Apple's December quarter sales once again.

The firm now expects Apple to shift up to 3.5 million iPods (up 0.5 million), and to accrue $3.2 billion in revenues for an EPS of 45 cents, according to CBS MarketWatch.

The new price target is $61. "The younger generation may consider Apple a core brand for their digital lifestyle", the analysts said, predicting future consumer product success.
