Apple is offering special pricing on all albums that contain a winning track from this year's Grammys to the iTunes Music Store's US customers.

The iTunes Music Store has been an integral part of this year’s Grammy awards and has hosted previews and downloads for voting members of the academy.

Apple also had exclusive rights to distribute the live version of a special performance of Beatles John Lennon and Paul McCartney's Across the Universe. Proceeds from the sale go to the tsunami relief.

Apple's CEO Steve Jobs said: "We want to extend our congratulations to all of the Grammy nominees and winners. We're thrilled to be able to honour the industry’s top artists by showcasing their award winning music on the iTunes Music Store."

Customers are able to download a album with a Grammy award winning track for $7.99 – a $2 saving.
