Apple has dismissed reports in UK tabloid The Sun that pop star wanna-be Natasha Bedingfield – Daniel Bedingfield's little sister – has been signed up to be the face of the iPod mini.
The Sun reported that Natasha Bedingfield was to front a major Christmas campaign to promote the diminutive device. the newspaper quoted sources saying: "Apple looked for ages for someone to be the new ambassador for the mini iPod. It's mainly aimed at young girls so Natasha is perfect. The campaign will also raise her pop profile. Apple are hoping she will help the mini iPod become the best-selling gift this Christmas."
However, Apple UK has dismissed the report, saying it is untrue.An iPod featured in the video of Natasha Bedingfield's first single – Single – which is available to buy on the iTunes Music Store.
