Information Appliance Associates has released PocketMac 2.0 for Mac OS X 10.2.

The application allows Macs to synchronize with Windows-based Pocket PC handhelds using USB. This version "fully exploits OS X" and enables Macs to sync to Pocket PC devices with Apple's Address Book and iCal applications.

A wider range of Pocket PC devices – including some Pocket PC-enabled mobile phones – can browse the Web with this version of the application.

PocketMac enables users to take screenshots and offers limited Internet browsing from a Pocket PC while its connected to a Mac.

The solution comes in two versions: PocketMac Regular Edition ($49.95) and PocketMac Pro ($69.95), which allows users to synch data up with Entourage.
