Fscript.org has released F-Script, claiming it to be the first open-source scripting language designed for the Mac OS X Server. It is available free of charge from Fscript.org’s Web site.

Aimed at "power users" and developers, F-Script is a general-purpose scripting tool, integrating the native object model of Mac OS X Server.

It offers a host of original features including:
- Array Programming.
- Total Integration with Cocoa
- User-friendly object persistence and distributed objects.
- Custom class Integration.
- Smalltalk-like syntax and concepts, featuring full block closure.
- Using an interface builder palette or an API the scripting tool can be used as a component.
- 100 per cent object-orientated.
