Apple CEO Steve Jobs now owns 6.3 per cent of the giant Walt Disney company, following the Disney/Pixar deal.

As previously reported, Jobs has swapped his 49.65 per cent Pixar stake for a significant slice of Disney - enough to transform him into the largest individual shareholder of the entertainment conglomerate.

A filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission reveals that Jobs now owns 138 million Disney shares, valued at $3.9 billion after the deal.
