Apple's legendary leader and CEO Steve Jobs has seen his pay fall to number 99 in an LA Times executive pay survey.

While it is well-known that Jobs takes $1 per year in salary from Apple, the value of Jobs' compensation last year was $74.8 million - which means he led the list.
