Stockholm, Sweden, is the home base for a new Adobe Photoshop design tutorial Web site.

Offering 29 step-by-step tutorials, the site is not as extensive as IDG's Photoshop Bible and for Dummies series. Macworld’s designers, though, say the resource is ideal for designers needing solutions "on the fly".

The site’s managers say the tutorials are used as resources for introductory Photoshop classes at various universities. Topics include embossed buttons, painting with filters and drop-shadows.

The site offers both basic Photoshop techniques, and more advanced visual effects too. It also includes resources for users of Paint Shop pro and Web-design ideas, as well as a newsletter, discussion forum and more.
