Apple has posted more details about its Worldwide Developers Conference.

In addition to a preview of Tiger – the next release of Mac OS X – Apple will offer a session on QuickTime and Digital Media. The company states: "From 3G to HD, at WWDC you’ll explore the tools, techniques, and best practices for creating exceptional audio, video, and multimedia content, and delivering it on cell phones, the Internet, DVD, and film."

Last year, the company added two new wireless standards – 3GPP and 3GPP2 – to its QuickTime software for sending and receiving multimedia over digital cellular networks.
