Mac OS X server XDarwin has been updated for compatibility with Mac OS X 10.2.

XDarwin is network-transparent, so it can be used with Linux, FreeBSD, Solaris and other Unix environments.

XDarwin allows users to configure software to run on computers, running various operating systems across a network, but to display results in real-time on Mac OS X.

The XDarwin package provides a client/server windowing infrastructure and adheres to the XFree86 standardized application programming interfaces (APIs).

The new update contains both bug fixes and a compatibility update so that all components will now work with Jaguar. The update is recommended for all users of XFree86 on Darwin/Mac OS X and is available now.

XDarwin has a suggested retail pricing of US$49.95.
