Bose SoundDock 10 review
Bose has built a reputation for quality audio devices based on clever marketing, and the SoundDock 10 is no exception. An iPod dock with no on-board controls, this device combines minimal styling with a neat remote, and certainly has the wow factor when it comes to lifestyle accessories.
Impressive in size and weight, this dock does a good job of being both seen and heard. A Bluetooth dock gives users the option to stream music wirelessly, with memory to store six devices, although this will set you back an additional £129.
While the SoundDock 10 can certainly fill a room, we were a little disappointed by the overall sound. Initially impressive, it lacks that special something to justify the hype and price tag promised.
We also found navigating iPod playlists via the remote to be less responsive then we’d like, which can lead to some frustrating listening.
