Adobe Ideas for iPad review
It’s good to see Adobe having a hand at designing a program for the iPad, but Ideas is very limited. You have a few tools at your disposal: you can alter the thickness of your brush and eraser (from 13 available sizes), as well as change the opacity and colour you’re using.
When choosing colours, you can work with an existing palette, choose a set from colours extracted from a photograph, or select whichever colour you want by tapping on the Palette icon (though you can’t create gradients).
You are free to start from a blank canvas or apply your work to an existing photograph.

Designs can be exported via email, but make sure you hide the photo layer first otherwise you won’t be able to extract your drawing from the background once you’ve imported the file into Photoshop or Illustrator.
