Autodesk SketchBook Pro for iPad review
If you’re looking for a design app that offers multiple layers, blend options, 75 different brushes and an original selection tool, all for an incredibly reasonable price, then look no further than SketchBook Pro.
With this program, you can work with up to six layers, reorder them at will, apply one of four blending options (normal, multiply, add and screen) and individually alter their opacity.
You can choose from many different types of brushes – from those that replicate traditional tools such as pencils, erasers, felt tips, marker pens, and so on, to the more original (and possibly less useful) ones that replicate hands, leaves and trunks, among others.
The most interesting part of the interface is the brush properties palette, which appears in the centre of your screen whenever you reveal the toolbar. With it, you can effortlessly alter your brush’s size and opacity by dragging your finger in one of four directions.
