AirTag is here. Apple launched the new tile trackers at its 'Spring Loaded' event on 20 April, following months of speculation. Many of the rumours weren't far wide of the mark - AirTags take the form of small circular discs that can be attached to everyday items you'd really rather not lose.

These include valuables like a wallet and keys, but the IP67 water and dust resistance rating opens up a world of possibilities. Official screenshots highlight everything from an umbrella to a bicycle, while it could also be used to keep tabs on your pet's location. All these can then be tracked in Apple's 'Find My' app, from where you can already keep tabs on the whereabouts of your iPhone, iPad or Mac.

We were certainly impressed in our AirTag review, describing them as 'the best option on the market right now' among Bluetooth trackers.

If you're considering investing in the AirTag ecosystem, now is the perfect time. AirTags are on sale now, both via the Apple website and third-party retailers. Here's everything you need to know about buying one (or a pack of four) for yourself.
