Intro

The Pages app lets you produce any kind of document in simple steps, thanks to a selection of Apple-designed templates that mean much of the creative work is done for you. It’s possible to work with the templates as they are, or style them up with your own formatting flourishes, such as changing the font type, size and colour.

Pages works with multiple file formats too, including Microsoft Word documents, while finished results can be exported as Pages, Word files or even PDF documents. The app can be exploited by multi-touch commands that control everything from creating lists of bullet points through to manipulating photos and graphics.
