It's easy to rewatch the WWDC 2018 announcements as they happened tonight (Monday 4 June): though the livestream is now over, Apple will make the entire event available for you to watch at your leisure.

How to rewatch WWDC 2018 on PC or Mac
While you needed to be running Safari on macOS Sierra 10.12 or later, or Microsoft Edge on Windows 10 to watch the livestream, that isn't a requirement to rewatch the event. Simply head to the Apple June 2018 Event page on the Apple website to catch up on the latest news.
How to rewatch WWDC 2018 on iPad or iPad
Apple says the WWDC keynote video is best experienced on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch using Safari on iOS 10 or later. You can also rewatch the keynote at the same link: Apple June 2018 event.
How to watch WWDC 2018 on Apple TV
Apple TV users will be able to rewatch the keynote (as long as they have a 2nd generation or later model running the latest Apple TV software or tvOS) via the Apple Events app.
