Apple's forthcoming 3G iPhone will cost from $399, a report claims.
The TG Daily reckons Apple will introduce two or three versions of the iPhone, with prices starting at $399. Models will be available in 8GB and 16GB capacity (if this latest speculation is to be believed), effectively matching the current iPhone price points.
The report then speculates that a 32GB model will also be introduced with a $599 price tag, but appeared far less certain of this.
The iPhone itself will come with a slightly thinner body, which sheds about 2.5 mm when compared to the original iPhone. The report also adds that should the device appear in a 32GB configuration, then customers may expect a 64GB model of the iPod touch.
