Apple's retail store on Buchanan Street in Glasgow hosted a live performance from young local rising star Amy McDonald last night.
A lengthy queue stretched down the city's premiere shopping street in anticipation of the event, highlighting the success Apple has had with its first Scottish store.
McDonald made an appearance as part of Apple's series of Live From Glasgow live events. Highlights from her set will be released exclusively through iTunes next week.

The artiste started writing songs at 12-years of age, and began performing three years later. Now 20-years old, she played seven songs from her debut album This is the Life to an intimate crowd of 500 people, who braved a biting wind to queue outside the shop for up to two hours.
