Apple has taken three places in this years SuperBrands top 20 survey.
The annually produced list sees the iPod as the second biggest global brand, Apple itself in seventh place and iTunes at number nineteen.
Leading this years poll is car brand, Aston Martin. Amazon takes twentieth place in a list dominated by luxury goods, vehicle makers and technolog firms. YouTune (3), Google (5), PlayStation (6), Nintendo (9) and eBay (13) also make the list.
Internet brands account for 25 per cent of the list, which also features organic chocolate mannufacturer, Green & Blacks in eighteenth place.
"There seems to be a real divergence between aspiration and practicality (in the list)," said Stephen Cheliotis of the CoolBrands Council. "Which goes to show how the needs and desires of consumers are developing."
