The 14 videos cover FaceTime, Mail, Safari, iBooks, Videos, Photos, Find My iPad, iPod, iTunes, App Store, Maps, AirPlay, GarageBand and iMovie.
The new videos went live on Wednesday evening in preparation for the iPad 2's US launch on Friday. The iPad 2 will launch in the UK on Friday 25 March.
New iMovie and GarageBand apps will be available in the App Store when the iPad 2 launches and two of the new videos show off the features of these apps. GarageBand will support virtual instruments such as the guitar, piano and drums.
FaceTime is a new feature for the iPad 2 and also has its own video, showing exactly how the function works.
With the introduction of iOS 4.3 the iPad 2 also supports AirPlay so you can stream audio and video from the iOS device to an Apple TV or computer and this is shown in one of the videos too.
UK pricing for the iPad 2 hasn't yet been set though an Apple Store employee has reported that prices will begin at £429.
