Former Macworld UK editor David Fanning has updated David Pogue's Missing Manual for the UK iPhone.
Fanning updated the book with sections on the service implementations available to the iPhone from Apple's UK network partner, O2.
iPhone UK: The Missing Manual offers an in-depth guide for iPhone users, including tips, shortcuts, and workarounds. Pogue shows readers how to extend iPhone's usefulness by exploiting its links to the web as well as its connection to Macs or PCs; how to save money using internet-based messages instead of phone calls; and how to fill the iPhone with TV shows and DVDs for free.
The title is available now and costs £12.50.
You can read an excerpt from the iPhone Missing Manual in the current issue of iPod User. Issue 30 of Macworld Plus: iPod User is on sale in WHSmiths and all good retailers now.
