The band OK Go, celebrated more for its creative music videos than for its music, has now teamed with Google to produce an HTML 5-based video optimized for viewing on in the Google Chrome browser.

The new video for OK Go’s song "All is Not Lost" features multiple moving windows showing the band and the Pilobolus troupe dancing and pressing their bodies against what looks like a window or clear floor into a kaleidoscope effect.

One fun aspect of the video is that viewers can incorporate a message of their own into it (mine was "What the heck should I do with Google+") and then see that message "danced" by the bare-footed, Spandex-clad performers.

OK Go has produced other creative videos, such as one in 2007 featuring the band members, doing choreographed treadmill tricks (the original one scored tens of millions of views on YouTube) and another involving a Rube Goldberg contraption

Google, too, has teamed before with musicians, including Arcade Fire, as part of its Chrome Experiments program.
