Book publisher HarperCollins has launched a new book preview service for the iPhone.
Browse Inside for the iPhone digitally replicates the experience of reading the pages of a book before buying the full tome. iPhone users can access the new feature by following this link in their built-in Safari web browser:
The company is making 14 new book titles to view as phase one of the scheme, most of these books are set for publication in the US iin August and September.
Titles include Now and Forever by Ray Bradbury and Obama by David Mendell.
iPhone users can explore the first ten pages of the volume, after which they can choose to buy the title.
The News Corp.-owned publisher now has 10,000 titles available digitally online, though only these 14 have been tweaked for the iPhone at this point.
