Apple, Google and Napster have had lawsuits filed against them by an angry online movie distributor, Intertainer Inc.
Intertainer claims that the three defendants have infringed a patent on a way to distribute digital entertainment online, reports Bloomberg News.
The complaint was filed last Friday in a Texas court, with the protagonist claiming the three big name firms have caused "irreparable harm" to its business.
Intertainer is demanding damages and an injunction to prevent Apple, Google and Napster from using its technology. Intertainer's investors include Microsoft and Intel.
