The UK is among the ten most expensive countries in the world to buy an iPod, new research claims.
A survey by Australia's Commonwealth Bank used a second generation 2GB iPod nano to compare global currencies and spending power in 26 countries.
The bank compared January 2007 iPod nano prices between countries. It found that Canadians pay the least ($144.20) and Brazilians the most ($327.71).
In the UK — the ninth most expensive country among the 26-strong sample group — the iPod nano costs $195.86. In the US the same device costs $149.
